Affinity Wealth Initials

Affinity Wealth Management Group promises to live our core values daily to best serve our clients on both a professional and personal level.  These core values provide the groundwork for our actions, decisions, and behaviors.  At Affinity Wealth Management Group, we understand and take pride in what inspires us to take action, what influences us to make decisions and what behaviors we implement to provide our clients with a true, best in class financial advising experience.

AWMG Core Values:

RESPECT is mutual and earned.  Most people are familiar with and live by the “Golden Rule”.  “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” However, at Affinity Wealth Management Group we choose to abide by the “Platinum Rule”.  “Do unto others as they would have you do unto them.” We shift focus from ourselves to our clients. Being that you have entrusted us with your financial future, the most respectful objective that we can accomplish is to create an atmosphere of accountability to ensure that our actions and our behaviors align with the values and standards that you expect, but more importantly deserve.

RELATIONSHIP is defined as “the way in which two or more concepts, objects, or people are connected.”  We believe that trust, loyalty, communication, and honesty are key in forming, maintaining, and expanding a relationship.

Trust is the foundation of our relationship.  Without trust, there is no relationship.

Loyalty assures that we are always on the same team.  Every choice and decision we make take into consideration the impact on our relationship.

Communication is the vehicle that strengthens the relationship and is crucial in the development and well-being of our partnership.  Financial accountability can only work when there is an effective back and forth of information.

Honesty is priceless.  When we are honest with one another and if we believe that honesty is the only way to move forward, we are saying that our relationship is decidedly important.  Honesty can sometimes feel awkward, especially if what you have to say is difficult, however, in the long run, it is better than concealment, which can cause irreparable damage.

FAMILY is important because it provides love, support, and a framework of values to each of its members. Family members teach each other, serve one another and share life’s joys and sorrows. Families provide a setting for personal growth. Family is the single most important influence in a person’s life.

TEAMWORK promotes an atmosphere that fosters friendship and loyalty. These close-knit relationships motivate interested parties in parallel and align them to work harder, cooperate and be supportive of one another. Individuals possess diverse talents, weaknesses, communication skills, strengths, and habits.  We are stronger together.

COURAGE is the mental, moral, and physical strength ingrained in individuals that sees them through the challenges of life and the mastery of fear, and to do what is right, to adhere to a higher standard of personal conduct, to lead by example, and to make tough decisions under stress and pressure. It is the inner strength that enables a us to take that extra step.

APPRECIATION is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness and productivity. Appreciation helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships.  As an organization, we appreciate the expertise and diversity that each member of the team brings to the table, but more importantly, we appreciate the client who chooses to become part of the Affinity Wealth Management Group family.

“Everyone deserves a Financial Accountability Partner”

Our Process Made Simple

Identify Your Goals, Implement An Efficient Plan, And Be Accountable So That You May, One Day In the Near Future, Realize These Goals!

The financial planning process begins with you identifying what exactly it is that you want to accomplish.  Once you define and set your goals, it becomes possible to follow a strategic step-by-step method that lays out a simple and straightforward path to reach them.

Affinity Wealth Management Group Financial Goal Planning Process

When planning for a specific goal or a combination of goals (whether it is your retirement, paying for your child’s education and/or buying a vacation home), it is important to take a systematic and thorough approach.  AWMG assists by utilizing a proven six step process that methodically takes you through the most important steps of financial planning.

1. Set Your Goal(s)

Most people believe that time is of the essence and they need to immediately jump into the financial planning process.  However, without a clear and concise picture of what it is that you are trying to accomplish, it can prove to be difficult, if not impossible, to achieve.  Taking the time to clearly identify, set, and define your goal(s) is a vital part of planning process.

2. Gather Information

Before creating a plan, it is essential to understand where you are today. By the end of this step, you will know exactly where you financially stand today and will be able to start financial planning with confidence.

3. Create The Plan

Creating the financial plan is the most complex and labor-intensive step of the AWMG process. Our team of subject matter experts analyze the data that was collected and identify both the strengths and risks associated with achieving your goal(s).   We then proceed to collaborate with you to create a comprehensive financial plan that is tailored to your specific needs and/or goal(s).

4. Monitor Progress

During this step, the AWMG team will continuously monitor the investment performance that is related to each financial goal and communicate the progress or shortfalls.

5. Make Adjustments if Necessary

As financial advisors, we hope for the best, but plan for the worst.  The world is not perfect, and   everything does not go according to plan.  Being both proactive and reactive to the life is an important aspect of our process.  For this step to work, accountability and knowledge are essential.  We need to hold one another accountable such that we communicate all information that is relevant to achieving your financial goal(s).

6. Realize Goal(s)

The best part of the financial goal planning process is when your plan becomes a reality.  You can count on the AWMG team to be with you every step of the way, monitoring, managing, and holding you accountable so that you may achieve your goals in a realistic time frame.
